For sophisticated operation and monitoring of industrial processes and plants, Ori created leading interface with the latest technology.

The team of experts at Ori have designed a ATEX IECEX certified process camera that enables you to detect events before they become a danger whilst controlling industrial plants efficiently and safely.

Optical process and plant monitoring
For the rough industrial
application Heavy-Duty / Ex-Zone 1

MORPHEUS is the optimum solution for demanding process and plant monitoring tasks on site in Ex-Zone 1/2. As an intelligent, decentralised, high-resolution IP video camera system, MORPHEUS can provide optimal overview in process / system monitoring in harsh industrial applications, thus significantly increasing plant safety.

MORPHEUS is an explosion-proof, high-resolution, optical pr ocess and system observation system with a HiRes IP video camera powered by Mobotix, with 3 megapixel resolution and up to 30 frames per sec.

MORPHEUS can be configured and programmed according to a wide range system requirements. Numerous possibilities of freely programmable event and alarm sensor windows allow events to be detected. Through an integrated pre- and post-alarm recording, this triggering event can be subsequently evaluated. Error analysis . A connection to the PLS is also possible via binary output card or via BUS.

MORPHEUS misses nothing!

You decide what he should report! With MORPHEUS you can virtually pan, tilt and zoom. The advantage: the camera continues to monitor the entire field and all event and alarm windows remain active. The camera is thus not blind when panning and zooming on the far side. In the case of an event or alarm, the view switches to the alarm view. And: There are no moving parts that need servicing or wear out.

MORPHEUS processes and evaluates the events autonomously, decentrally with its own processor and data memory and transmits the finished image to the network. All messages and alarms are produced by the camera. As a result, there is no risk of events or alarms being generated too late on a multi-camera evaluation device due to high data throughput.
