Water Quality Monitoring

pH, EC, turbidity and nutrient monitoring for wastewater, process water and the environment, from one sensor to a whole network.

EDS has provided both flow and quality monitoring to the wastewater industry since its founding, and quality monitoring remains a major part of what we do. Whatever the requirement, from single point EC monitoring to a network program delivering real-time data from thousands of field instruments, we supply, install and look after the equipment.

EDS manufactures its own pH, EC and turbidity sensors and the iLab multi-parameter range, and represents Aquamonitrix for real-time nitrate and nitrite measurement. Readings can go straight to your SCADA or telemetry system.

What we measure

pH, EC and turbidityEDS-made sensors for continuous measurement in water and wastewater.
Several parameters at onceThe iLab 901 multi-parameter analytical sensor, and the handheld iLab Sonde for field checks.
Nitrate and nitriteAquamonitrix measures both from the same sample, with laboratory accuracy in the field and no sample pre-treatment.
Flow and quality togetherOne program can cover both, as EDS has done for the wastewater industry for decades.

Where it is used

  • Wastewater networks and treatment processes
  • Raw, process and effluent water
  • Trade waste discharges
  • Rivers, stormwater and surface water
  • Baseline, impact and compliance monitoring for projects
